By using africaworksalliance.org, applying to a cohort, or connecting tools to the ACE engine, you accept these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ and an African resident or national to participate in cohort programs.

Conduct

Harassment, plagiarism, or fraudulent reporting of execution data results in immediate removal from cohort and revocation of any certification.

IP & equity

You retain ownership of your venture. Forge participation may include a small equity-light arrangement disclosed at intake.
